TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Rates offered are valid for Chaweng Cove Resotel Homepage and booking and payment should be settled directly to Chaweng   Cove Resotel only.
- Rates are inclusive of Service Charge, VAT, and Breakfast for 1 or 2 persons.
- Child 1 to 3 years old is free sharing accommodation with breakfast.
- Child 4 to 12 years old is free sharing accommodation but compulsory breakfast at 100 Net Thai Baht/child.
- Child 13 years old is considered as adult and pay extra bed inclusive of breakfast at 700 Net Thai Baht/child.
- Baby Cot is free of charge.
- Airport Transfer; 1-3 persons at 400 Thai Baht per way. Additional 100 Thai Baht for every person.
- Check In Time at 14:00 P.M.
- Check Out Time at 12:00 P.M.
Note: Request for early check in or late check out is subject to availability (Late check out charge is 50% from the room rate.)

Meal Rates:
American Breakfast – 200 Net Thai Baht/person.
Lunch - Thai set lunch 450 Net Thai Baht/person.
Dinner - Thai set dinner 600 Net Thai Baht/person.
Note: Fifty Percent (50%) discount for Child age 4 to 12 years old.

RESORT POLICY ON:
a. Booking Confirmation – A thirty (30%) deposit from the total amount of room accommodation is required for any requested booking confirmation.
b. Booking Cancellation – Any confirmed bookings requested by the guests to be cancelled less than Fourteen (14) prior to arrival, non-refundable. Any confirmed bookings requested by the guests to be cancelled Fourteen (14) days or more, Fifty percent (50%) from the total amount deposited will be charged.
c. Early Departure – Non refundable.
d. No Show on arrival date – Non refundable. Note: Full pre-payment before arrival for confirmed bookings with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
